Client Agreement & Booking Policy

By requesting or confirming a booking, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.

1. Respect & Conduct

Mutual respect is mandatory. Any form of aggression, pressure, manipulation, intimidation, or disrespectful language will immediately end the appointment without refund.

2. Consent & Boundaries

All activities are fully consensual and may change at any time. I reserve the right to refuse or stop any activity, at any moment, for any reason. Consent is ongoing and never assumed.

3. Payment Requirement

Full payment is required in advance to confirm any booking. No appointment will begin without completed payment.

4. Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods are:

Bank transfers are not accepted for session fees, as they often take several days to process. Appointments will not proceed without immediate, confirmed payment.

5. Fixed Pricing

All prices are fixed.

No negotiation

No haggling

No “re-discussing” rates

Attempts to negotiate will result in the booking being declined.

6. Time Policy

Time starts at the agreed booking hour.

Late arrival by the client does not extend the session.

Additional time must be requested and paid for in advance, subject to availability.

7. Hosting & Outcall Policy

I am always available to host appointments at my location.

Outcalls (visiting the client) are limited and selective:

I do not own a car.

Outcalls are only considered if the client lives close by and the location is easily reachable.

Travel by bus or similar local public transport may be accepted at my discretion.

If travel requires train, taxi, Uber, or other paid transport, the full transportation cost must be covered in advance, in addition to the booking fee.

Transport costs may be paid via bank transfer only if proof of transfer is shown before I depart.

If transport is not prepaid, the booking will default to hosting or be declined.

8. Outcall Surcharge

Outcalls carry an additional surcharge due to travel time and safety considerations. This surcharge is added to the standard rate and is non-negotiable.

9. Hygiene & Presentation

Good personal hygiene is required. If basic hygiene standards are not met, the appointment may be ended without refund.

10. Sobriety & Safety

Clients must be sober, calm, and respectful. I reserve the right to refuse service if a client appears intoxicated, aggressive, or unsafe.

11. Privacy & Discretion

Discretion is mutual.

No recording (audio, video, photos) of any kind is allowed.

Personal information is kept private and must be treated as such by both parties.

12. Services & Expectations

Only services clearly agreed upon beforehand are included. Anything outside those boundaries is a firm no. Repeated requests after refusal will end the session.

13. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least [X] hours in advance.

Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit payment.

14. Legal Compliance

The client confirms they are of legal age and that the booking complies with local laws and regulations. Illegal activities will not be discussed or tolerated.

15. Right to Refuse

I reserve the right to refuse or end any appointment at my discretion. My safety, comfort, and wellbeing always come first.

Final Note This is a professional service based on clarity, consent, and mutual respect. Clients who value those principles are always welcome.
