Utsopi update: Sekswerk niet toegelaten

Het kabinet-Clarinval heeft Utsopi laten weten dat sekswerk niet tot de niet-medische contactberoepen behoort die op 26 april mogen hervatten. Dit in tegenstelling tot wat gezegd was op een vergadering tussen virologen, kabinetten, Utsopi en andere partnerorganisaties.

Utsopi spant zich tot het uiterste in om te weten te komen wat precies tot deze beslissing heeft geleid en gaan ervoor proberen zorgen dat onze sector, onder voorwaarden, op 8 mei terug open mag. De sector is erg teleurgesteld met deze onverwachte beslissing, die niet beargumenteerd werd.

Utsopi update: Sex work not allowed

The Clarinval cabinet informed Utsopi that sex work is not one of the non-medical contact professions that may resume on April 26. This is in contrast to what was said at a meeting between virologists, cabinets, Utsopi and other partner organizations.

Utsopi is making every effort to find out exactly what led to this decision, and we will relaunch the dialogue with the cabinets and virologists to assure an effective reopening of our sector on 8 May with an updated protocol. The sector is very disappointed with this unsubstantiated decision.
